You have to set the “Desktop Background” on the control panel to one of the pictures, then open “Windows Visual Studio Theme” and click the “Windows Visual Studio Theme” button. This will bring up the “Windows Visual Studio Theme” window where you can make the second click to apply the theme. When you have finished to select the theme, you have to open the control panel and click on the “Desktop Background” option again. The background should now be the selected theme. After a few times, it becomes quite easy.
